The Cascade Building is a new 386,000 SF Industrial-Commercial tilt-up distribution warehouse. The building provides 30’ of vertical clearance, 106 cross-dock truck doors and eight larger rollup truck drive-in doors for easy building access. There are five office nodes on this building. A large 3000 Amp power service will help tenants quickly convert their spaces and adapt to almost any industrial requirement. At this time there have been no tenant office improvements constructed. The building was constructed in compliance with LEED Certified specifications.
