One of our oldest clients requested we provide services to design and build a new location in Valley View, Ohio. The existing building needed a complete renovation which consisted of roughly 150,000 sqft of warehouse and office. This included a new ESFR fire suppression system, heating system, overhead doors, lighting and warehouse office. The office work consisted of a complete renovation to the existing space which included an open office area, private offices, conference rooms, show room, kitchen and breakroom.
