Getting Fit in 2015
The new OrangeTheory Fitness in Rock Hill, Missouri, the first location outside the state of Florida, was completed by A.J. Brown in October. The interior construction required close adherence to the franchise concept using unique materials and finishes, as well as the installation of sound reduction systems to keep neighboring businesses happy. OrangeTheory boasts a unique, high-energy, scientific approach to interval training coupled with with motivational music and a team concept to engage patrons. Additional locations of this fast-growing fitness franchise are expected in the St. Louis area in 2015.

Financial Institution in St. Louis, MO
High-End, High Rise Renovation at Financial Institution
Our team recently completed a gorgeous remodel with high-end finishes for a St. Louis-based international brokerage firm. Two floors of the Pierre Laclede Building in downtown St. Louis now boasts modern, sophisticated finishes including stone floors, wood panel wall systems, luxurious marble, and glass-front, individual brokerage offices. The complete gut remodel and construction project was broken into phases and any potentially disruptive activity took place at night out of consideration for other tenants in the building.
The brokerage firm will be updating all of their locations and, as a result of this successful collaboration, we look forward to a 2015 renovation elsewhere in Missouri.

Motion Orthopaedics in St. Louis, MO
Major Medical Renovation for Motion Orthpaedics
Dr. Michael Milne and Motion Orthopaedics chose A.J. Brown to completely renovate both levels of their two-story medical office and surgical center near Olive and 270 in St. Louis, Missouri. Interior construction included addition of an elevator, an MRI suite, exam rooms, and an x-ray room. A state-of-the-art surgical suite was developed to include two operating rooms with pre- and post-surgical areas. Exterior improvements comprised painting, enhancement of common ground, and glass replacement. This multi-phase, total remodel project covered 75 percent of the building.
