The Wenatchee Building – Sumner, Washington
Constructed latest in exclusive group of industrial warehouses for Puget Sound
The 353,000 sq. ft. Wenatchee Building is the latest in a collection of four large, high quality industrial warehouses constructed for this development. This building was constructed utilizing environmentally sensitive standards as specified in the USGBC LEED Certification (Bronze) Specifications and joins an exclusive group of industrial warehouses in the Puget Sound region. Due to its convenient proximity to the Ports of Tacoma and Seattle, it will serve the vigorous import/export markets at these locations. The building provides a 32 ft. vertical clearance and is equipped with 150 cross-dock truck trailer doors for easy access. Four office nodes will enable the building to be divided into four custom quadrants. A large 3,000 Amp power service will help tenants quickly convert their spaces and adapt to almost any industrial requirements.
Florissant Surgery Center – Florissant, Missouri
Developed State-of-Art Center for Eye Surgery
The building houses an Operating Room, Procedure Room, Pre/Post Operation area, exam space, offices and a break room. A long time physician in the Florissant area, Dr. Julie Sturm wanted a state-of-the-art facility to further enhance the care her clients would receive. The overall project included the demolition of an existing restaurant and the construction of the new building.
New Staff: Adam Chamberlain, Senior Project Manager
Chamberlain has spent the past thirty years managing design/build, plan and spec projects in the St. Louis area. He takes projects from conceptual design through final close on time and on budget, using his vast experience in planning, coordination of subcontractors, and communication with project team members. Before joining AJ Brown as Senior Project Manager, Adam served as the owner’s representative for a $60 million campus expansion for Friendship Village Sunset Hills.
