Promotions Warehouse to Creative Powerhouse
Success Promotions
In 2020, Success Promotions (now Success Brands) hired A.J. Brown to transform their newly acquired warehouse and office into an inspiring workspace for creatives. This $1 million renovation marks a pivotal moment in this company’s history as it expands focus to become a full-service brand partner.
Long celebrated for promotional product sourcing and fulfillment, Success Promotions has grown to offer clients a range of creative services. From private labeling to product photography, they help to broaden company profiles and increase overall brand value. Leaning into this creative element, Owner Diana Everett had plans for a warehouse and workspace that not only represents Success Promotions’ strengths, but also continues to energize her team every day.
A.J. Brown partnered with ACI Boland Architects to turn Diana’s vision into a reality. This 13,500 square-foot renovation included ten offices, two conference rooms, art and sample rooms, restrooms and warehouse space. The contract teams reworked the office layout and removed key dividing walls to optimize workflow; large windows bring natural light throughout the new open floor plan; and special features such as a full-height garage door in the kitchen, a spacious lounge area with a stone fireplace and vibrant colors bring new life into the space.
For Project Manager Darrell VankyGrifka, “the most exciting part about this renovation was seeing the bold colors and unique design elements come together. From the start, Diana knew exactly what she wanted.”
In fact, the stakeholders’ specific design goals were a unique part of this project. “Our teams at A.J. Brown and ACI Boland Architects were inspired by Diana’s creativity and remained dedicated to her goals throughout this process. We worked closely with her, providing early design mockups to ensure the project stayed on track. It was truly rewarding to watch her vision for the space unfold,” Darrell VankyGrifka reflects.
Construction for this project began in late 2020 and was successfully completed in May 2021.
