Developed, designed and constructed this facility which serves the needs of aged and special needs persons in the St. Louis area. Design-Build wood frame structure with wood truss roof system and exterior masonry and cement board wall finish. It is located on Cook Avenue just west of Grand. This center has a contract with the Veterans Administration to provide services for veterans who qualify. They currently have several World War II and Korean War veterans at the center. The 9,000 square foot center built in 2011 features activity rooms, dining room, and full service kitchen.
