A. J. Brown was selected to completely demolish the existing buffet line and construct a larger, more accessible and more appealing restaurant experience. The project included multiple food stations highlighting St. Louis’ unique culinary offerings. The project included extensive programming and design considerations that included the food service equipment designers and manufacturers.
