A. J. Brown constructed a new 19,000 SF retail center on a small, constricted site with busy roads on two sides. Building on such a tight footprint required special care and advanced planning, as did dealing with the high plastic clay soil. In spite of these obstacles, A. J. Brown completed the load-bearing masonry and steel frame building on time and under budget.
