The physicians at The Des Peres Medical Office building requested a Café for their new building. The 1,200 SF project consisted of a coffee bar and sandwich shop located at the main entrance of the already operational building. Space was a premium and construction took place off a busy entrance. A. J. Brown successfully delivered within the four-month construction schedule.
