6,500 SF lobby renovation consisted of updating the space for the building and its tenants and featured exotic marble installations with book-matched wood panel accents. The renovation included maintaining egress and safety though the construction area, elevator shut downs and access restrictions. Positive comments from the tenants were common throughout the five-month construction process.
