The 20th and 21st floors of the Pierre Laclede Building in downtown St. Louis now boast modern, sophisticated finishes including stone floors, wood panel wall systems, luxurious marble, and glass-front, individual brokerage offices. The complete gut remodel and construction project was broken into phases and any potentially disruptive activity took place at night out of consideration for other tenants in the building.
